General Motors (NYSE: GM) reported its first-quarter results on Tuesday morning, and they were good. Its net income of $3 billion, or $2.62 per share on an adjusted basis, and revenue of $43 billion both handily beat Wall Street estimates as reported by Refinitiv. The Detroit giant also raised its full-year guidance.
