Acquisition by BOIRON of Laboratoire Ferrier

The Laboratoires Boiron and the Laboratoires Arkopharma have signed an agreement for the takeover on March 1, 2017 by Boiron of the Laboratoire Ferrier, a subsidiary of Laboratoires Arkopharma.

This laboratory markets homeopathic medicines within the pharmacy network in France. In 2015, the net sales of this activity amounted €2.4 million of euros.

The acquisition is in the process of being finalized.
