3 High-Yield Dividend Stocks I'm Excited to Buy More of in May

VICI Properties (NYSE: VICI), Brookfield Infrastructure (NYSE: BIPC) (NYSE: BIP), and Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) top the list of high-yield dividend stocks that I'm excited to buy more of in May. Here's why I believe they can supply me with a lucrative and growing stream of dividend income.

VICI Properties' dividend currently clocks in at a 5.8% yield. That's several times higher than the S 500's dividend yield (around 1.4%).
