For the past 127 years, the iconic Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI) has been a widely followed barometer of Wall Street's health. What began in 1896 as a 12-stock index dominated by industrial companies has evolved into a 30-component index containing generally profitable, diverse, multinational businesses.

However, the outlook for the 30 individual companies in the Dow Jones varies greatly.
