3 Income REITs to Buy in January

Real estate investment trusts (REITs) are a great way to collect passive income. The average REIT currently offers a dividend yield of around 3%, double that of the average stock in the S&P 500.

Three REITs that stand out as great options for those who want to start generating passive income in 2022 are Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC), SL Green (NYSE: SLG), and W.P. Carey (NYSE: WPC). All three offer sustainable income streams and high dividend yields that should continue rising in 2022.
