Truly great companies are hard to find. So when I find one, I like to hold onto it for the long term. Among those currently on my "never sell" list are Paycom Software (NYSE: PAYC), Proto Labs (NYSE: PRLB), and MercadoLibre (NASDAQ: MELI).
