Reporting revenue of $168 million, Alamos Gold (NYSE: AGI), an intermediate gold producer with four operating assets spread throughout North America, beat analysts' estimate of $148 million. And the surprises didn't stop there. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.05, beating analysts' estimate by $0.01.
