79% of Warren Buffett's $363 Billion Portfolio Is Invested in Just 6 Stocks

For a span of nearly six decades, Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A)(NYSE: BRK.B) CEO Warren Buffett has been wowing Wall Street with his investing prowess. Despite being just as fallible as any other investor, the Oracle of Omaha and his team have overseen a nearly 20% annualized return since the mid-1960s. On an aggregate basis, we're talking about a gain for the company's Class A shares (BRK.A) of almost 4,400,000% since Buffett took over.

What's made this outperformance so incredible is that Buffett and his investment team, including the late Charlie Munger, have stuck to old-school principles to make their shareholders meaningfully richer for more than a half-century. They've predominantly invested in time-tested, brand-name companies with well-defined competitive advantages and strong management teams.
