Meanwhile, pick-and-shovel play GrowGeneration (NASDAQ: GRWG) returned 1,370% to investors and Illinois-based pure-play stock, Green Thumb Industries (OTC: GTBIF), rode increased demand in its home state to over 300% gains in its share price. It doesn't take much research to figure out that cannabis is booming -- no matter the fact that the drug is not yet legal at the federal level.
