Better Buy: Intercept Pharmaceuticals vs. Madrigal Pharmaceuticals

Intercept Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ICPT) and Madrigal Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: MDGL) are two stocks that have moved in opposite directions of late.
