Hamburg, 9 July 2020. The preliminary creditors' committee of TOM TAILOR Holding SE today approved the key terms for a sale of Tom Tailor GmbH to affiliated companies of Fosun International Limited.
The opening of the final insolvency proceedings over the assets of TOM TAILOR Holding SE is expected to occur within the next week.
