Domino's Reports First-Quarter Earnings

Despite the world being in economic turmoil, some companies have been able to grow revenue. Domino's Pizza (NYSE: DPZ), the largest pizza company in the world in terms of sales, has been continuing delivery services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and the company saw modest revenue growth for the first quarter of 2020.

Global sales grew 5.9% in the first quarter in constant currency to $873 million and U.S. comps increased 1.5%. International sales growth was 1.7%. Diluted earnings per share rose 39.5% to $3.07.
