Frankfurt am Main, June 28, 2023: RAVENO Capital AG, Frankfurt am Main, announces that the previous sole member of the Management Board, Mr. Dimitri Papadopoulos, has informed the Supervisory Board of the Company today that he resigns from his mandate with effect from today. By resolution of today, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Dominik Heer as the new sole member of the Board of Management with a term of office until December 31, 2023.
