EQS-Ad-hoc: tick Trading Software AG / Key word(s): Half Year Report/Corporate Action Düsseldorf, 22.06.2023 - tick Trading Software AG (tick-TS AG) has closed the first half of the 2022/2023 financial year (01.10.2022 - 31.03.2023) with a net profit of KEUR 707 according to the half-yearly financial statements prepared today. This corresponds to a decrease of 26.4 % compared to the previous year's half-year (KEUR 965). Revenues in the first half-year amounted to KEUR 4,298, a slight increase of 0.8% compared to KEUR 4,263 in the same period last year. tick-TS AG's total administrative expenses, including depreciation and amortisation, rose by 19.3% to KEUR 3,457 (previous half-year: KEUR 2,897). The decline in the net profit for the year is in line with the forecast and is mainly due to the scheduled expenses for the "BOOSTER" project. Today (ex-day) marks the beginning of the technical conversion of the shares of tick Trading Software AG to registered shares.
