Is It Time to Buy the Dow Jones' 3 Worst-Performing Stocks of 2021?

All in all, it's been a pretty good year for blue-chips. Between the end of 2020 and the end of November, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI) climbed an impressive 12.7%. That's a better-than-average year, assuming it holds.

Not every Dow name has been so impressive, though. Index constituents Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN), Verizon (NYSE: VZ), and Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) have respectively lost 13.5%, 14.4%, and a hefty 20% of their value so far this year despite the rising tide.
