Is Tesla Falling Behind in Autonomous Driving?

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) has been a leader in autonomous driving with its Autopilot software, which costs between $6,000 and $12,000 in new vehicles. But is Tesla the industry leader, or are companies like General Motors (NYSE: GM) and Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG) (NASDAQ: GOOGL) surpassing Tesla's technology with very little fanfare?
