Investors are increasingly comfortable with the way the economy is reacting as coronavirus vaccinations continue, and big gains for the Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX: ^IXIC) also helped restore confidence in beaten-down tech stocks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI) settled for a modest gain.
