Samsung's Low-Cost 5G Smartphone Lands in U.S. Stores This Week

In a direct assault on Apple's (NASDAQ: AAPL) low-cost iPhone SE2, Samsung Electronics announced the Galaxy A71 5G smartphone will begin shipping later this week. 

The new device, which will be available starting June 19, is priced starting at $599.99 at T-Mobile, Sprint, and Samsung.com. Later in the summer, it will be available through AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and other carriers.
