Thought These 2 Nasdaq Vaccine Stocks Were Done? Think Again

Stocks have been quite volatile lately. That's nothing new for investors who like stocks that trade in the Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX: ^IXIC), but after an amazing performance in 2020, the Nasdaq now has investors having to get used to moves both up and down on a regular basis. Monday was no exception, with the index hovering near the unchanged mark after having traded lower near the open before recovering.

The Nasdaq has had plenty of contributors to its performance over the past year, but one particular area of strength has been with COVID-19 vaccine stocks. Again on Monday, both Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) and Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX) moved sharply higher, as investors looked abroad for opportunities for the two companies.
