Why Burlington Stores Stock Fell 27% in March

Burlington Stores (NYSE: BURL) stock underperformed a weak market last month. Shares fell 27% compared to a 12.5% drop in the S&P 500, according to data provided by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

The decline added to a tough run for the discount retailer's shareholders, who have been down nearly 40% since the start of 2020.
