Why Hycroft Mining Sank 15% Today
Shares in Hycroft Mining Holding (NASDAQ: HYMC) are down 15% as of noon EDT today, after dropping as much as 17% earlier in the day.
The gold and silver miner announced that its stock offering will be upsized and priced at $9 per share, which is in line with yesterday's closing price. The offering of common stock and warrants will result in gross proceeds of about $75 million.
