Why Investors Didn't Like Anthem's Q4 Update

Anthem (NYSE: ANTM) lagged behind the S&P 500 last year, but investors probably didn't complain too much about a 15% return. However, the big health insurer hasn't gotten off to a great start so far in 2020.
