Why Latch Fell 21.1% in October

Shares of property technology company Latch (NASDAQ: LTCH) fell 21.1% in October, according to data from S&P Global Market Intelligence.

There wasn't much in the way of company-specific news during the month, but shares fell following a big analyst downgrade.
