Shiba Inu (CRYPTO: SHIB) is making gains in today's trading. The popular, meme-themed cryptocurrency was up roughly 2.8% over the previous 24-hour period as of 11:15 a.m. ET. Meanwhile, Bitcoin was up roughly 1.5%, and Ethereum's Ether token was up roughly 1.9%.
There doesn't seem to be much in the way of token-specific news driving the price of SHIB higher today, but the overall cryptocurrency market is enjoying a day of strong gains. Most top-100 cryptocurrencies have posted significant gains over the last day of trading, and Shiba Inu is participating in the bullish momentum.
