Why Turkcell Stock Crashed Today

Shares of Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri (NYSE: TKC), Turkey's largest cellphone company, crashed in Tuesday trading, closing the day down 8.7%. Don't blame Turkcell for the collapse, though.

This was the government's fault.
