Availability of preparatory documents for the Shareholders' Meeting of 17 June 2014
Shareholders are invited to attend the Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, which will take place at 4:00 p.m. CET on 17 June 2014 in the premises of the company, at 21 rue Antonin Laborde – 69009 Lyon.
A notice of meeting containing the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the BALO of 12 May 2014.
The documents referred to in Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available to shareholders from the date on which the meeting was called, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:
Registered shareholders may, until the fifth day preceding the meeting, ask the company to forward these documents to them. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the presentation of a share ownership certificate in the bearer share accounts held by the authorised intermediary;
shareholders may consult the documents at the registered office for a period of 15 days preceding the date of the meeting.
