FUTUREN publishes its 2016 Registration Document
FUTUREN's Registration Document for the year ended on December 31, 2016 was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) on June 13, 2017.
It notably includes:
the 2016 Annual Financial Report;
the Report by the Chairman of the Board on corporate governance, internal control procedures and risk management; and
the Statutory Auditors' reports and information related to their fees.
