In line with its financial strategy, Olympique Lyonnais took advantage of the opportunity on 29 June 2013 to transfer a player, Anthony Martial, to AS Monaco for €5 million, plus potential incentives on a future transfer.
Separately, Olympique confirms that Gaël Danic has signed a two-year contract. The amount of the transfer was €0.8 million, plus up to €0.2 million in incentives.
Olympique Lyonnais confirms its determination to continue developing the club around young players from the OL Academy, such as Maxime Gonalons, Clément Grenier, Alexandre Lacazette and Samuel Umtiti, who are already forming the backbone of the professional squad.
