TRANSFERT OF FABIAN MONZON

Olympique Lyonnais player Fabian Monzon has been transferred, at his request, to the Italian club of Catania for €3.3 million, plus incentives of up to €0.3 million.
Fabian Monzon had arrived a year ago from Nice as part of a trade that saw Jérémy Pied go to Nice in a transaction valued at €3 million, plus up to €1 million in incentives.
With this transaction, Olympique Lyonnais has now sold player registrations worth €18.6 million since the start of the summer trading window (incl. incentives of €2.3 million), while devoting only €1 million (incl. €0.2 million in incentives) to acquisitions, yielding a positive balance of €17.6 million.
