Transfer of Argentinian international striker Lisandro Lopez

Olympique Lyonnais has officially transferred Argentinian international striker Lisandro Lopez to Al-Gharafa for a net fee of €7.2 million.
Olympique Lyonnais has accepted this transfer at the player's request, as Chairman Jean-Michel Aulas had promised to respect whatever new career direction he chose, given his professionalism, all he has brought to the club and the respect he has always shown to Olympique Lyonnais and its supporters.
Olympique Lyonnais thanks Lisandro Lopez for his time with the club, respects the personal reasons that led him to ask for a transfer and stresses that he has chosen to no longer play in France so as not to have to play against OL.
As promised, Lisandro Lopez will be at the Stade de Gerland tomorrow evening to thank and say farewell to OL's fans.
