va-Q-tec AG postpones Annual General Meeting 2020 - decision due to CoVid-19 pandemic

Würzburg, April 29, 2020. va-Q-tec AG's Management Board and Supervisory Board (ISIN DE0006636681 / WKN 663668) have decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting originally planned for May 29, 2020 to a later date this year, probably August 14, 2020. This is due to the current uncertainties resulting from the CoVid-19 pandemic. The Management Board and Supervisory Board generally prefer the Annual General Meeting to be held in physical presence, but the health of shareholders, employees and the service providers involved has the highest priority. For this reason, the exact format - presence or virtual general meeting - is currently being examined and will be announced in time at a later date.
