The Chinese stock market, while up 7% so far this year, is lagging the U.S. stock market. While that might sound like a bad thing for investors in Chinese stocks, this cloud does have one silver lining: Relatively speaking, it suggests that some could be bargains.

Following that train of thought, investment banker Morgan Stanley turned its attention to China this morning and picked three stocks from the private education sector that it believes will be winners. Morgan Stanley initiated coverage on New Oriental Education & Technology Group (NYSE: EDU), Bright Scholar Education Holdings Limited (NYSE: BEDU), and TAL International (NYSE: TAL), rating them all overweight.
