Comcast Announces Redemption of $1.430 Billion of 4.05% Senior Notes due August 2046

Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA) announced today it has elected to exercise its option to redeem on August 1, 2020 (to be paid on August 3, 2020) all $1.430 billion principal amount outstanding of its 4.05% Senior Notes due August 1, 2046 (ISIN No.XS1413609493) at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus any accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date. The Notes are traded on the Taipei Exchange. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is the trustee for the Notes.
