("Silesian Coal"), announces that a Swiss and a US investor will purchase a participation in the Silesian International Group of Companies S.A. The newly created shares stem from the conversion of a convertible bond issued in 2015. Following the transaction, HMS Bergbau AG will hold 60.18, the US investor 20.00, and the Swiss company 19.15 percent of Silesian Coal.
