Press Release MPC Capital AG postpones Annual General Meeting Hamburg, 18 March 2020 - With the aim of containing the COVID-19 pandemic, the city of Hamburg has issued a general decree banning all public and non-public events as far as possible. The decree is initially valid up to and including April 30, 2020. The Management Board and Supervisory Board of MPC Capital AG (Deutsche Börse, Scale, ISIN DE000A1DNWJ4) therefore decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2020.
