EQS-Adhoc: DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen: Decline in sales and earnings during the second quarter of 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year

According to preliminary analysis sales and earnings of DATA MODUL AG declined in the second quarter of fiscal year 2024, compared to the results achieved in the same period of the previous year. Reason for this is the continuously strained overall market situation.

The group EBIT in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024 amounted to EUR 1.5 million, marking a reduction of approx. 73.7 % in comparison to the same period of the previous year (EUR 5.7 million). Group sales declined by approx. 23.5 % to EUR 51.0 million in the second quarter of 2024 in comparison to EUR 66.7 million in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2023. Bookings reduced by approx. 21.6 % to EUR 49.8 million in comparison to EUR 63.5 million for the same period of the previous year.

The Company will publish the definitive results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024 on August 9^th, 2024.
