EQS-News: 15.6% of LEG shareholders choose scrip dividend

15.6% of LEG shareholders choose scrip dividend

As in the years 2021 and 2022, LEG Immobilien SE again offered its shareholders a scrip dividend this year. During the subscription period from 24 May 2024 to 10 June 2024, the shareholders were able to choose between the distribution of their dividend in cash or in the form of new shares.

In total, investors holding approximately 15.61% of the shares carrying dividend rights have decided to receive their dividend in the form of new shares. Therefore, approximately EUR 28.3 million will remain within the company. 

Based on the acceptance rate, 360,389 new shares will be issued, increasing the total number of LEG shares by approximately 0.5% to 74,469,665 shares.

The new shares are expected to be included in the listing of LEG’s existing shares on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 26 June 2024.
