I Was Wrong About Apple, Inc. Earnings
Well, don't I feel foolish (lowercase "f"). I fully expected Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) to report a disappointing quarter, both because it seemed possible that guidance for the September quarter could have been issued before Apple was aware of iPhone X production delays, and a constant string of reports from supply chain sources and Street analysts suggested the production problems were rather severe.
It turns out that neither of those were the case: Apple just reported a record September quarter and guided the December quarter to uncharted territory.
