S&P Global Ratings downgraded PJSC RusHydro's Issuer credit rating

March 09, 2022. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that S&P Global Ratings downgraded PJSC RusHydro's Issuer Credit Rating to 'CCC-' from 'BBB-' and placed it on Credit Watch with negative implications.

The rating action follows the agency's commeasurable downgrade of Russia's foreign currency sovereign credit rating on 3 March 2022 to 'CCC-' from 'BBB-' (Credit Watch Negative).
