SoFi Technologies (NASDAQ: SOFI) soared in May with its share price rising 11.4% for the month, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence. As of June 6, its stock price is up 67% year to date, trading at around $7.60 per share

It vastly outperformed the broader markets as the S 500 was only up 0.3% in May, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 3.5%. The Nasdaq Composite fared a bit better, rising 5.9% in May.
