Audika opens in Belgium

Today, Audika is announcing the acquisition of an 80% stake in Audiolink, which has a network of four hearing correction centers in Brussels and Walloon Brabant, in the French-speaking part of Belgium. Audiolink generated revenues of almost EUR 0.5 million in 2012 and will be consolidated into the Group's accounts as of May 1, 2013.

Adding to its existing French and Italian operations, this expansion into a third country marks a new phase in Audika's growth. This company will be steered by the French teams and managed on a day-to-day basis by Mr. Alain Fleis, founder of Audiolink.

The new centers will draw on the Group's brand awareness, thanks to 30 years of advertising campaigns broadcast on French television channels, which are widely viewed in these regions.

Audika Group will publish its revenues for the first half of 2013 on July 15, 2013 after market close.
