OL GROUPE : EMANUEL MAMMANA TRANSFER

Olympique Lyonnais announces the transfer of Argentina international Emmanuel MAMMANA to Zenit Saint Petersbourg for €16m plus a 20% incentive on the gain from any future transfer.

Emanuel MAMMANA, who arrived one year ago from River Plate for €7.5m, played 24 matches with O.L. and scored one goal.

Gérard HOULLIER, Florian MAURICE, Bruno GENESIO and Claudio CACAPA decided to make this transfer to reduce the number of central defenders to five for now, while ensuring the most complementary skills in these positions, and the ability to rely as well on the young Luxembourg international Christopher MARTINS PEREIRA.
