In that time, it's evolved from an industrial stock-focused index with 12 companies to one with 30 historically profitable multinational businesses, as of today.
Although all 30 of the Dow's components are mature businesses, they aren't created equally. This is to say that some represent screaming buys at today's price, while others might not be worth your hard-earned money.
