It's a big week for the cannabis industry as some of the major players report their earnings over the coming days. Trulieve Cannabis (OTC: TCNNF) will release its second-quarter results on Aug. 12 before the markets open. Year to date, the pot stock is up just a modest 5% while the S&P 500 has risen more than 18%.
For Trulieve's shares to rally, the company is going to need to have another strong period that shows more than just year-over-year sales growth.
