If you feel like valuations on Wall Street have grown a little too frothy over the course of the past few months, you're not crazy. Up by more than 100% since its March 2020 low, the S&P 500 (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC) is now priced at more than 29 times its trailing 12-month profits, and more than 22 times its projected earnings. Those are rich valuations under any circumstances.
