AMC Entertainment Says It Needs Another $750 Million to Survive Through 2021
AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) is sounding the bankruptcy alarm again, saying that if it doesn't raise another $750 million, it won't be able to make it through next year.
The movie theater operator says the situation is dire and there are doubts about its ability to continue as a going concern. In fact, if there isn't a sudden spike in moviegoers at its cinemas, it will run out of cash by the end of January.
