Die CompuGroup Medical SE, als Käuferin, hat heute mit der Hevanance S.à r.l. und der Goodwill Systems S.à r.l., als Verkäuferinnen, einen Kaufvertrag bzgl. 100% der Anteile an der MB Invest SAS, der alleinigen Gesellschafterin der EPSILOG SAS (EPSILOG) mit Sitz in Castries, Frankreich, abgeschlossen. Das Hauptprodukt von EPSILOG ist das im Bereich "ambulante Pflege und Physiotherapeuten" führende Informationssystem VEGA. Der vereinbarte Kaufpreis für die Transaktion beträgt EUR 72 Mio. und ist Gegenstand weiterer Anpassungen nach Closing. 2018 lag der Umsatz von EPSILOG bei mehr als 14 Millionen Euro bei einem EBITDA von ungefähr 5 Millionen Euro. Aktuell vertrauen circa 44.000 Leistungserbringer im ambulanten Bereich auf die Produkte von EPSILOG. Der Abschluss der Transaktion wird für den 27. Dezember 2019 erwartet.
