MAX Automation SE: Andreas Krause to resign as member of the Administrative Board, Managing Director (CFO) and Chairman of the Management Board by mid of the year

Dusseldorf, 10 March 2020 - Mr. Andreas Krause, member of the Administrative Board and Managing Director (CFO) of MAX Automation SE, who is also Chairman of the Management Board of the company, has informed the company that he will resign from his offices for personal reasons. In agreement with the Administrative Board Mr. Krause today resigned from his membership in the Administrative Board of MAX Automation SE at the end of this year's Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for 29 May 2020, and from his office as Managing Director with effect as of 15 June 2020. The Administrative Board thanks Mr. Krause for the work done so far and wishes him all the best for his private and professional future.

A replacement for Mr. Krause has not been identified by the company, yet. The company comprehensively examines the replacement and will inform the capital market in due course about the decision.
