Dieselgate - Zwei Urteile sprechen Aktionären Schadenersatz zu
Das Landgericht Stuttgart hat die Porsche SE im Dieselgate-Skandal in zwei Rechtsstreiten zu hohen Schadenersatzzahlungen verurteilt (Az.(22 O 101/16 und 22 O 348/16). Das ist ein Paukenschlag für Aktionäre, allerdings hat Porsche SE umgehend Berufung angekündigt. Mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit wird der Rechtsstreit aber bis vor den Bundesgerichtshof getragen.
