EQS-Ad-hoc: Epigenomics AG / Key word(s): Personnel Epigenomics AG: Resignation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Heino von Prondzynski Berlin, January 27, 2023 - The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Epigenomics AG, Heino von Prondzynski, informed the Boards today that he will resign from his mandate effective March 31, 2023, for health reasons and will leave the Supervisory Board at that time. Mr. von Prondzynski has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Epigenomics AG since May 2012. The Supervisory Board will appoint a successor from among its members at short notice.
